I was really pleased with this bear. He reminds me still of my dog who passed over a year ago. I just finished the book " A Dog's Purpose" - a great read
The first time I visited New Mexico was in 1988, when my soon-to-be husband took me to visit his family in Albuquerque. I fell in love with everything about the Southwest. The colors, the history, the culture, the people, the land, and the architecture. The light is incredible and is the reason so many artists choose to live there. The bison in my painting stands, illuminated by the light and colors of the Southwest.
Hope you all are having the best summer. I am going to list some medium to small pieces the next few days available for purchase. Be sure to check them out.
Six Pack Out of the Woods This is the new one I finished to send to Jackson hole...I have a few touch-ups on it but I am close to being finished. Wolves in the snow ... A Contemporary Wildlife Painting. Contact Hollee at the Rare Gallery if you are interested in this painting.
